It was another amazing year of accomplishment for UHA and your past support helped to make it possible. Let me tell you of a few achievements of which we can be proud:

• We now have a new full-time Executive Director Catherine Gilbert, and graduate-level intern on staff.
• UHA had a clean audit and fiscal re-organization in 2007.
• There are two traveling exhibits on tour.
• UHA On the Road Listening Sessions were held in Buffalo, Syracuse, Albany, Potsdam, Elmira, Oneonta, and Elizabethtown.
• It was another successful year for the Museum Institute at Great Camp Sagamore, described as “possibly the best ever.”
• We continue to enjoy a strong partnership with NYSCA through such activities as funding of the Get Ready, Get Set and Go Grants; and co-sponsorship of Children’s Museum Conference in Rochester.
• Our joint conference with MANY was well attended in spite of a major snow storm across the state.
• Program Coordinator Jenny Rosenzweig represented UHA at the AASLH conference in Atlanta.
• On-line courses continue to grow and be successful.
